He is survived by : his wife Mary-Jane; his daughters, Janelle Norris (Frank) and Jenny (Michael Kohn); his grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie and William "Will"; his siblings, Gloria Davidson (Donald) and Allan Smith (Nancy Ann) of Canada; and his nieces and nephews, Heather, Alice, Nancy, Scott, Alanna, Danika, Dylan, Patrick, Joey, Suzie and Brian. Grief researchers say holding that missing funeral service, even a year or more later, can still help us heal. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Bill Smith and Lorraine Smith of Ocala, FL.
